Grand Rapids Venture Capital (GRVC) is West Michigan's premier small to medium business venture capital organization. The group of young, talented entrepreneurs have come together to provide local distribution, manufacturing and technology companies resources to grow to the next level. GRVC focuses on making acquisitions or investments in companies bringing in less than $1mm EBITDA, annually.

Ideally these are West Michigan businesses that are at the end stages of their careers and want to see their name grow and prosper. We also are aiming to invest in companies that have seen growth but need more resources to scale to even greater lengths. In addition, the group will also be looking at start-up opportunities, specific to software and technology. With the team's experience and your solid business, we can ensure the organizations' growth in the future.
